Our goal is to create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and confident when they leave. Whether you're coming in for a fresh haircut, dimensional color, a relaxing beauty service, or just stopping by to shop, we would love to have you. New clients are always welcome. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, and appointments are encouraged. Refund & Exchange Policy At Ember & Ivy Salon, we want every guest to feel confident in the services and products they receive. Salon Services: We do not issue cash or credit card refunds for completed services. If there is a concern with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation. When appropriate, a correction, adjustment, or in-store service credit may be offered at management's discretion. Boutique Clothing & Retail: All clothing and boutique purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Eligible clothing items may be exchanged for another size or item when available. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. By booking an appointment or making a purchase with Ember & Ivy Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
